About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop performance indicators for market operations and management dashboards to monitor performance
- Develop and automate tracking and reporting tools
- Lead and contribute to innovative and strategic continuous improvement projects
- Collaborate with the procurement teams at the various production sites to harmonize practices and optimize processes
- Establish standards, develop regular management routines, and standardize practices across the Group
- Participate in coordination meetings and monitor agreed-upon actions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (five-year higher education program) specializing in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Production Management
- Excellent command of IT tools, particularly Excel and supply chain management software; knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data
- Skills in developing automated tools and analyzing data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in professional English
- Knowledge of LEAN Management principles
- Proactive, autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented
- Eager to develop professional skills within a supportive and committed team
