Key responsibilities & impact- Process trades and fulfill market orders
- Review securities and financial futures, including futures variations
- Read SWIFT messages
- Communicate primarily by email, with limited phone time
- Conduct research as needed
- Send communications to terminate relationships with investment advisors
- Execute complex transactions and processes using standard policies and procedures
- Identify and address exceptions and serve as an escalation point for complex transactions
- Partner with internal service partners to route calls, documents, and action items
- Interact with external customers to complete transactions
- Ensure materials and documentation are available for transaction completion
- Provide consultation and advice to internal and external customers
- Review processes, recommend improvements, and drive implementation
- Serve as a subject matter resource for process improvement projects
- Train and onboard new hires
- Review transactions and documents for completeness, accuracy, service-level conformance, and policy compliance
- Participate in risk mitigation activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree typically required, or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Bachelor's degree listed under Education
- Typically less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
- Trade support experience preferred
- Experience working with investment managers ideal
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities in accuracy and attention to detail, effective communications, managing multiple priorities, operational functions, problem solving, process management, products and services, and standard operating procedures
- Ability to execute complex transactions/processes involving moderate to high risk and financial value
- No required certifications
- No required licenses
- No required or preferred language assessments
- Must be eligible to work without employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not sponsor employment visas or participate in STEM OPT
