About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Pick and process orders for shipment to customers
- Quality-check work for proper SKU, color, size, and quantity
- Follow and meet accuracy and performance requirements
- Identify inventory and process issues and present them to management for problem resolution
- Complete profiling change forms, stop signs, and truck maintenance forms
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Perform other duties as directed by CSI Management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0-6 months experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment
- Ability to walk, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends
- Team player willing to work in other areas of the operation as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards
- Seasonal full-time availability for 1st or 3rd shifts, or seasonal part-time availability for 1st shift
