Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direction and strong clinical and operational leadership for the multi-disciplinary theatre team
- Deliver high-quality perioperative care in a supportive environment
- Build strong relationships with consultants, senior teams, healthcare professionals and patients

- Support new initiatives at Euxton Hall Hospital
- Lead operations across three theatres, including theatres with laminar airflow systems and integrated theatre technology
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced as a registered clinical practitioner with the appropriate governing body (NMC/HCPC)
- Experience in managing a busy theatre environment
- Ideally, wide-ranging skills will include teaching and assessment, as well as ILS/ALS
- A professional management qualification would be an advantage
- Position subject to background and DBS checks
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults, children and young people at risk
- Safeguarding training appropriate to the role will be provided
