Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the design and delivery of technology-enabled transformation programmes for large public sector clients in the UK
- Contribute to developing the market for large-scale transformation delivery by identifying and researching opportunities with new and existing clients
- Help bring new offers to market
- Grow the multi-specialism Enterprise Transformation team
- Develop tools and techniques to help clients transform ways of working and secure better outcomes
- Lead engagement economics, risk and issue management, performance, project and programme management
- Own senior stakeholder relationships to support engagement delivery and build market networks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience of scoping and leading transformation programmes in the Transport Sector
- Experience of operating model design and implementation, transformation programme management, transformation communications and engagement, change and adoption management
- Experience of interpreting clients’ strategic, operational and external drivers for change
- Ability to gain respect, build trust and inspire stakeholders
- Ability to forecast costs and manage programme timelines and budgets
- Understanding of transformation opportunities in the Transport sector and factors to consider when designing and implementing complex transformation programmes
- Experience developing requirements across process, people, organisation, technology and information
- Ability to articulate the business benefits of adopting digital and cloud technologies as part of wider transformations
- Successful track record of delivery leadership in Government and Transport sectors as a consultant or working directly in the sector
- Available for up to 80% travel
