About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage ongoing projects, ensuring operational performance
- Contribute to TopAxyz’s growth by participating in the capture of new business and new customers across diversified markets
- In coordination with the other Segment stakeholders, implement changes and improvements to TopAxyz products in line with the product roadmap
- Lead the corresponding development activities
- Ensure the proper execution of series-production programs and customer satisfaction
- Ensure that program deliverables are provided on time and to the required quality standard
- Lead program execution with support functions and business units regarding improvements to the TopAxyz product
- Ensure the corresponding deliverables are provided to customers
- Anticipate risks and opportunities to generate operating margin and fulfill the unit’s commitments, including cash, on-time delivery, financial gains, margin, and earnings
- Contribute to the negotiation of new contracts and amendments to existing contracts with customers and partners, in coordination with Business Development and cross-functional management teams
- Interact daily with French and international customers and partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of experience as a Program Manager, Series-Production IPT Leader, or Work Package Manager working with a major customer, partner, or subcontractor
- Project management certification would be an advantage
- Experience in complex negotiations, including contractual and commercial negotiations, with international external partners (customers and suppliers)
- Fluent English
- Basic technical knowledge of navigation systems
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Program Management Office (PMO), industrial, and commercial environments is desirable
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Operational, agile, and pragmatic approach
- Decisiveness and sound decision-making skills
- Comfortable working in complex and constantly changing environments
- Leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and adaptability
