About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage ongoing projects, ensuring operational performance
- Contribute to TopAxyz’s growth by participating in the capture of new business and customers across diversified markets
- Implement changes and improvements to TopAxyz products in line with the product roadmap
- Manage the corresponding development activities
- Ensure the successful execution of serial-production programs and customer satisfaction
- Ensure that program deliverables are provided on time and to the required quality standards
- Manage program execution with support functions and business teams
- Ensure the delivery of corresponding deliverables to customers
- Anticipate risks and opportunities to generate operating margins and ensure the business unit meets its commitments
- Contribute to negotiating new contracts or amendments with customers and partners, in coordination with the relevant departments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of experience as a Program Manager, serial-production IPT Leader, or Work Package Manager (WPM) working with a major customer, partner, or subcontractor
- Project management certification would be an advantage
- Experience in complex negotiations, including contractual and commercial negotiations, with international external partners
- Fluent in English
- Basic technical knowledge of navigation systems
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Program Management Office (PMO), industrial, and commercial environments is desirable
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Operational, agile, and pragmatic approach
- Sound decision-making skills
- Comfortable working in complex and constantly changing environments
- Leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability
