About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build data-driven workforce forecasts for Customer Service teams across North America
- Lead and develop the WFM Forecasting team
- Build a culture of collaboration, high performance and continuous improvement
- Partner with Customer Service leaders and cross-functional teams to align staffing strategies with customer demand and business trends
- Monitor forecast performance and refine planning approaches to improve accuracy and support operational goals
- Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting processes, tools and reporting
- Present recommendations that drive business decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years in a workforce management leadership role
- 3+ years of workforce forecasting and software experience, including demand planning and trend analysis
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- All positions are on-site
