Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, code, and test complex tactical and strategic technical solutions across diverse and emerging technologies

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
- 6 years of software development experience demonstrating depth of technical understanding within a specific discipline(s)/technology(s)
- 4 years of experience delivering technology solutions across all phases of the software systems and application development lifecycle, including leading code/design reviews
- Deep understanding of one or more listed technologies, including Java, JavaScript, Python, JSON, XML, SOAP, REST APIs, Spring Boot, React, Redux, Git, GitLab, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes fundamentals, SQL, JUnit, Mockito, Kafka or MQ, Dynatrace, PL/I, COBOL, CICS, DB2, AWS, and related platforms
- Demonstrated experience researching technical issues and generating creative/innovative solutions
- Demonstrated experience addressing production issues by troubleshooting applications and systems
- Experience articulating technical challenges and solutions
- Strong knowledge of security coding practices and secure system fundamentals
- Demonstrated experience working with cloud technologies and tools
- Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Experience supporting Property & Casualty insurance platforms and business processes is an advantage
- Experience supporting large-scale insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated environments is an advantage
- Experience applying Generative AI and AI-assisted engineering practices is an advantage
- Experience developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-scale applications in complex production environments is an advantage
- Experience across legacy and modern technology stacks is an advantage
- US military experience or military spouse/domestic partner experience is an advantage
