Key responsibilities & impact- Manage client contracts and statements of work
- Host and facilitate internal and client kick-off calls
- Gather, document, and communicate business requirements and changes to clients, sponsors, internal functional areas, and stakeholders
- Oversee client program budgets using advanced Microsoft Excel, tracking formulas, prefund accounts, and invoices
- Notify stakeholders of price changes and create and execute change orders
- Serve as primary business relationship manager for clients, vendors, and pharmacies
- Conduct regular meetings to report program status, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions and support
- Measure and monitor program key performance indicators and business rules
- Assist clients with organization-specific requirements and processes
- Manage and coordinate relationships with third-party service vendors
- Build relationships with internal functional areas and lead internal project stakeholders
- Oversee program implementation using detailed checklists
- Serve as an internal and external subject matter expert
- Complete required training and follow SOPs
- Perform miscellaneous assigned tasks and projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business, Accounting, Marketing, healthcare, or the pharmaceutical industry
- 3–4 years of project or program management experience
- Budget management and/or financial accounting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, and budgeting analysis
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and OneNote
- Ability to travel locally and out of town, up to 10%
- Ability to talk or hear, sit for long periods, type, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy preferred
- Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screen
- Experience in the clinical trials industry preferred
- Legal contracting experience preferred
- Graduate degree and/or additional certifications, including PMP, preferred
- Extensive experience with Valeris systems and services preferred
- MicroStrategy, client interactions, Conga, Salesforce, and Sherlock experience encouraged for internal applicants
