About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct in-person proceedings at notary offices, the Federal Police, and other government agencies and institutions.
- Track filings, requests, registrations, and administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with instructions and deadlines.
- Handle in-person communications to clarify requirements, obtain information, and resolve outstanding operational matters.
- Resolve unforeseen issues during proceedings by seeking viable alternatives and escalating to leadership when necessary.
- Maintain client contact to request information, provide updates on matters, and coordinate next steps.
- Support the operational routines of the International Investments, LATAM, and US+ teams.
- Perform lower-complexity legal and operational activities related to International Investments under guidance and supervision.
- Organize documents, record activity progress, and keep internal controls up to date.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proactive, relationship-oriented, and solution-focused approach.
- Negotiation skills and confidence in dealing with clients and institutions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple matters, documents, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently within established procedures and recognize when guidance is needed.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
- Availability to work on-site and conduct external proceedings in São Paulo.
