About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for a judicial civil litigation caseload
- Drafting motions, defenses, and all pleadings related to the caseload

Requirements
What you’ll need- Active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP)
- Bachelor’s degree in Law; postgraduate qualification in the relevant practice area preferred
- Knowledge of Consumer Law and Civil Law
- Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory)
- Excellent writing skills and sound reasoning are essential
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage high volumes of work and urgent demands effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
