Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree
- Active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Experience in labor litigation, preferably supporting a retail client portfolio
- Knowledge of labor procedure and employment legislation
- Familiarity with the PJe electronic court system
- Residence in São Paulo or the Greater São Paulo area
