About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build loads in the Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Work with the capacity team and other departments
- Communicate directly with customers and provide resolutions as needed
- Provide quotes to customers as needed
- Track and trace pick-ups and deliveries via phone, email, or online
- Enter order information into logistics software and update order status
- Provide proofs of delivery (PODs) to customers when required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency in professional oral and written communication
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Ability to work without immediate supervision
- Ability to follow a 100% in-person on-site work model
