About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be the change agent for people, process, and systems
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead cross-functional teams across loan processing, leasing operations, servicing, and customer support
- Implement a scalable system that supports business growth, automation, simplification, and reduced complexity and customization
- Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team and create a sustainable business model
- Collaborate with sales, credit, product, and technology teams to support new product launches and market expansion
- Serve as a key liaison with external partners, vendors, and healthcare clients
- Streamline workflows for loan origination, underwriting, documentation, funding, and servicing
- Define and track KPIs to measure operational performance and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present reports to executive leadership on operational health and strategic initiatives
- Implement digital tools and AI/ML technology to improve turnaround times and reduce operational risk
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to manage audits and regulatory reviews
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in leasing and loan operations
- MBA or a master's degree in a related field desired
- Relevant certifications (CFA, CPA, or CTP) preferred
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple high priorities and high visibility deliverables
- Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link business strategy, operations, and financials
- Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situation
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must successfully complete a drug screen (as applicable)
