Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support services for the National Sales team via billing, project, and vendor management
- Develop workflow continuity with boundary partners to establish efficiencies and minimize duplication
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, generate reports, and inform decision-making
- Analyze and optimize existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement new procedures to enhance efficiency
- Facilitate communication between departments, resolve operational issues, and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels
- Coordinate with outside sources to ensure submitted data accurately reflects performance
- Recommend process improvements for current and future metrics collection systems
- Provide business analysis support and assist with business requirements documentation for system and operational changes
- Educate and promote a culture of continuous improvement by partnering with process owners and champions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to learn and retain new information and concepts quickly, including the operational understanding of telecommunications ordering/provisioning, billing/accounting processes, and general project management principles
- Must have strong organizational skills and be excellent with details and follow-up
- High competency in both verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility, ability to multitask and prioritize requests from several different sources without sacrificing quality of work
- Strong computer literacy, with the ability to leverage Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, and Tableau
- Strong data analytics experience on large-scale complicated datasets, including expertise in handling sales data such as pipeline, revenue, and churn
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, and business operation design
