Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with leaders across Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to improve business planning, decision-making, and execution
- Support high-priority, cross-functional initiatives end to end
- Frame ambiguous problems and develop analyses and recommendations
- Align stakeholders, establish milestones and governance, and drive follow-through
- Help run planning and business review cadences
- Build KPI reporting and insights
- Improve processes and systems
- Support pricing and packaging, go-to-market readiness, product launches, and organizational or operating-model changes
- Identify friction in cross-functional workflows and design scalable processes, tools, and operating mechanisms
- Prepare clear, data-informed recommendations and executive-ready materials
- Manage multiple workstreams and facilitate stakeholder alignment
- Support change management and help teams scale and adapt
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–6 years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, program management, or a related field
- Experience ideally in a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate data into insights, recommendations, and decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create executive-ready narratives and materials
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and measurable outcomes
- Strong project and program management skills, including prioritization, stakeholder management, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with business intelligence, data, and collaboration tools
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Databricks, spreadsheets, SQL, and/or AI-powered tools is a plus
- Ability to drive clarity in ambiguity, influence without authority, and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic environment
- Curious, adaptable, and motivated to learn quickly
- Nice-to-have experience with business operations or strategy and operations in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Experience supporting planning, operating cadences, business reviews, resource allocation, or strategic planning processes
- Experience establishing KPIs, building performance dashboards, and using data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Experience supporting pricing and packaging, go-to-market or commercialization initiatives, product launches, or change-management efforts
- Experience applying agile, lean, or other process-improvement methodologies
- Interest and general knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency
