About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support intake, validation, refinement, and ongoing management of strategic initiative demand
- Support annual and in-year portfolio planning, prioritization, investment, and funding activities
- Coordinate and track technology estimation activities and identify gaps and exceptions
- Support managed backlog processes for unfunded and future-year demand
- Maintain planning data quality and support governance across planning systems and systems of record
- Develop and maintain operational, exception, control, and leadership reporting
- Build and enhance Power BI reporting, data models, Excel analysis, and SharePoint solutions
- Support administration and use of Jira, AgilePlan, SharePoint, and related tools
- Partner with Program Managers, Executives, Product Owners, Technology, Finance, and other stakeholders
- Prepare data, analysis, and reporting for governance, prioritization, funding, and portfolio decisions
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate manual processes
- Develop procedures, job aids, process documentation, and stakeholder communications
- Communicate priorities, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and support needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience supporting or managing formal projects and/or relevant experience within Global Payments Solutions product or technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including complex analysis, data transformation, reconciliation, and reporting
- Experience developing reports, analytical tools, or workflow solutions supporting business processes and decision-making
- Ability to assess ill-defined problems, identify inputs and dependencies, and develop structured paths toward resolution
- Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate work across multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to data quality, accuracy, controls, and process discipline
- Desired: strategic initiative planning, investment planning, demand management, technology estimation, funding analysis, or portfolio governance experience
- Desired: Power BI, Power Query, data modeling, DAX, visualization, and self-service reporting
- Desired: SharePoint administration/development
