About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop business cases by identifying needs, analyzing issues, defining the desired value, and exploring potential solutions.
- Facilitate the discovery, collection, and documentation of requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute to deliverable quality assurance and change management activities.
- Understand and incorporate the organization’s and its internal partners’ issues, priorities, targets, and strategies.
- Conduct opportunity analyses, business positioning cases, and business cases.
- Propose innovative solutions that create value.
- Model business processes using the BPMN standard.
- Manage the lifecycle of business requirements, processes, business rules, and decisions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across various business areas to ensure alignment between needs and delivered solutions.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of business solutions.
- Support business partners in decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with the business architecture and strategic directions during delivery.
- Participate in the business analysis community of practice, particularly in continuous improvement, co-development, and mentoring.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Information Systems (OIS) or Business Technology Management (BTM), or in a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, including at least 2 years of experience developing business cases.
- Advanced knowledge of practices and tools for documenting needs, requirements, processes, business rules, and testing.
- Knowledge of BABOK.
- Experience working in a scaled agile environment.
- IIBA certification and SAFe certification are strong assets.
- Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
- Intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
