Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze business processes and clarify requirements
- Transform business needs into clear, structured requirements
- Support the implementation of requirements through final validation
- Meet with teams across departments to understand their processes, volumes, and pain points
- Translate business needs into actionable specifications for delivery teams
- Map business processes, rules, exceptions, and human responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI analysts and stakeholders from other projects
- Maintain a single, centralized backlog
- Document use cases to support the evaluation of costs, benefits, and risks
- Verify the consistency of data feeding into or generated by systems and automations
- Validate delivered solutions, including AI tools, by comparing their outputs with source data
- Build required reports in Power BI or the appropriate tool
- Monitor adoption and benefits after deployment
- Review existing processes and automation workflows and propose improvements
- Document processes and decisions to ensure continuity across projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- College diploma (DEC) or bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, computer science, or demonstrated equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, nested formulas, and reconciliation of datasets from different systems
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI: data models, measures, and dashboards
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and enterprise systems
- Fluency in French and English is essential, including strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Available to travel occasionally, as required (very rarely)
- SQL is an asset
- Knowledge of an automation tool such as n8n, Make, or Zapier is an asset
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems (Dynamics AX/365, Creatio, or equivalents) is an asset
- Familiarity with Scrum, PDCA, Lean Management, or equivalent methodologies
- Analytical mindset, strong numerical accuracy, and methodological rigor
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI
