Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the creation and evolution of products on the CI&T Flow platform
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, fostering autonomy, collaboration, and a results-oriented mindset
- Work with Product Managers and Designers to define the vision, roadmap, and priorities
- Guide the use of Flow platform agents, such as Chat, Steps, Maker, Coder, and Ops
- Promote experimentation through MVPs, proof-of-concepts, A/B testing, and feature flags
- Collaborate with architects and technical leaders to evolve the architecture, ensuring scalability, security, observability, and reliability
- Promote engineering practices, DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and component reuse
- Manage and develop people through feedback, one-on-one conversations, development plans, and mentoring
- Support the development of new technical leaders
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and team formation
- Define and track engineering and product metrics, including lead time, deployment frequency, stability, adoption, and retention
- Communicate priorities, risks, learnings, and results to technical and business stakeholders
- Participate in customer and user discovery and contribute to the strategic evolution of the Flow platform
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as an Engineering Manager, Engineering Lead, or Tech Lead with people management responsibilities
- Strong background in software development and knowledge of modern architecture
- Experience building or evolving digital products in highly complex or large-scale environments
- Experience working on product teams focused on outcomes for users and the business
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and product and innovation practices, such as Lean Startup, Design Thinking, and Continuous Discovery
- Experience validating hypotheses, conducting experiments, and using data to guide decisions
- Experience defining and tracking OKRs, product metrics, and engineering KPIs
- Ability to communicate decisions to diverse audiences and operate in ambiguous situations while balancing speed, quality, and learning
- Knowledge of Python and TypeScript/JavaScript
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure; cloud-native architectures; containers; and orchestration
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, databases, and data processing
- Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, orchestration tools, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering
- Knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, security, and automated testing
- Knowledge of product instrumentation, analytics, and dashboards
- Nice to have: experience with CI&T Flow or intelligent agent ecosystems; building new products, incubation, or startups; modernizing legacy systems with AI and automation; MLOps and machine learning pipelines in production; product companies, SaaS, or product-led growth; participation in engineering, product, or AI communities
