About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work directly with the CEO/Co-Founder to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives
- Serve as a trusted thought partner on critical business decisions
- Own high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
- Bring structure to ambiguous problems and drive measurable results
- Analyze company performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Establish KPIs and operating metrics that drive accountability
- Develop scalable processes and improve decision-making
- Build operational infrastructure to support rapid growth
- Partner with functional leaders to translate company priorities into action plans
- Ensure accountability and remove obstacles to execution
- Support the CEO/Co-Founder with strategic analyses and decision-making materials
- Establish an effective operating cadence focused on high-impact priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, investing, or management consulting, with a track record of exceptional performance
- Experience as a Chief of Staff, in a Founder's Office, or in a comparable role working directly with a CEO or senior executive team
- Exceptional analytical ability, business judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Extremely high ownership, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively with senior executives
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with high expectations, ambiguity, and significant responsibility
- Comfortable being hybrid in the NYC office 3 days/week
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
