About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the right hand to a senior GTM leader, driving priorities and ensuring execution

Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–5 years of relevant experience in operations, business, GTM, or a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional ownership, work ethic, and relentless follow-through
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Tech-savvy, AI-curious, and comfortable learning new tools and building automations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Resourceful, independent problem-solver who thrives without a rigid playbook
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with senior leadership
- High ambition, learning agility, and a genuine desire to grow in the startup ecosystem
- Experience with CRM systems, revenue operations, or AI automation tools is an advantage
