About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in formulating chemiluminescent reagents for clinical diagnostic testing
- Work with chemists to produce formulations from less than one liter to multi-thousand-liter quantities
- Conduct performance testing of completed formulations following written procedures
- Assist in synthesizing and purifying organic molecules
- Conduct analytical testing following written procedures
- Maintain inventory, reagents, and other laboratory consumables
- Report to the Manager Reagent Manufacturing within the Lumigen Production Department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate of Art’s (AA) degree in Science or a related field with 0+ years of experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to maintain batch record keeping to ISO 9001 standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very strong ability to utilize analytical thinking and multitask effectively
