About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Govern standardized product intake, discovery, and lifecycle frameworks
- Manage and monitor the central front-door intake process
- Author, evolve, and scale the Product Operations Playbook
- Codify standard templates, requirement definitions, and standard operating procedures
- Translate business and operational pain points into user stories, functional acceptance criteria, and system workflow maps
- Support rollout and ongoing management of AI-enabled solutions
- Monitor deployed intelligent agents, feature drift, and performance insights
- Support User Acceptance Testing and operational readiness evaluations
- Synthesize Voice of the User trends into product roadmap inputs
- Establish product scorecards, KPI dashboards, and post-deployment value realization tracking
- Facilitate retrospectives and cross-functional feedback loops
- Drive continuous process improvements
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to maintain data integrity and mitigate business risk
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or agile business analysis within a software delivery environment
- Strong technical acumen bridging business operations and engineering teams
- Ability to translate complex operational needs into structured software requirements
- Hands-on experience with agile and workflow management tools
- Working understanding of or strong enthusiasm for AI concepts
- Ability to support functional testing, prompt/agent performance monitoring, and drift analysis
- Ability to synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative data into operational insights and process improvements
- Strong organizational skills and structured problem-solving ability
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience in healthcare technology, revenue cycle operations, or enterprise workflow automation preferred
