About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end product strategy and delivery for payments
- Own customer and agent experiences, orchestration, backend services, data, and related payment capabilities
- Work with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Business Analysts to identify, size, and scope intent
- Balance near-term integration needs with a long-term product vision
- Own a capabilities roadmap that unlocks customer and business value
- Help shape future payment offerings, including real-time payments and digital wallets
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment
- Identify and resolve complex problems while mitigating product risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing, with the required degree obtained on or before the scheduled start date
- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred)
- Must not require new employment authorization sponsorship from Capital One
