About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete strategic assessments, develop scenarios and solve unique and complex problems that impact the entire organization
- Develop and implement business practices that meet clients’ complex business needs while honouring Desjardins’s commitments and acting in accordance with Desjardins’s priorities
- Design solutions that meet highly complex needs, recommend implementation strategies and priorities, and coordinate the delivery of work
- Develop implementation oversight mechanisms for innovative solutions you design
- Assist with highly complex strategic initiatives and serve as subject matter leader
- Lead and influence large-scale organizational and market initiatives while liaising with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges
- Represent the administration specialty on initiatives requiring high-level expertise in a complex field
- Manage strategic, highly innovative, cross-sector projects and initiatives that are operationally and conceptually complex
- Serve as expert advisor and subject matter expert for senior management and decision-making bodies
- Represent and negotiate on behalf of Desjardins and enter the organization into agreements with external partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Academic specialization in Data Science
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
