Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of product or UX design experience, including leading design for a product area end to end, mentoring other designers and presenting confidently to leadership, and tying design decisions to measurable business outcomes.
  • A portfolio showing exceptional visual and interaction craft, including examples of simplifying complex workflows and designing responsive experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile.
  • Experience shipping AI-powered features that real users rely on, with a solid grasp of AI UX patterns (setting expectations, showing sources, handling errors, keeping humans in control).
  • Experience building or significantly evolving a design system and driving adoption, including setting it up in Claude so PMs can build with it.
  • Expert in Figma and fluent in using Claude to iterate quickly, including building working prototypes in code that give engineering something functional, not just a mockup.
  • Hands-on user research and usability testing.
  • Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards, with experience tracking and fixing violations.
  • Bachelor's degree in design, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred; preferred qualifications are optional.
