About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate opportunity identification, use-case validation, and value realization across Health OS Star/HEDIS initiatives
- Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Partner with product leads to translate business needs into functional requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional pods
- Manage PLM and governance routines
- Define, verify, and report value metrics
- Serve as an account manager and interface with Stars/HEDIS stakeholders
- Support planning, project portfolio, or culture/change activities aligned with corporate strategy
- Identify potential issues, project change, scope data, best practices, impacted parties, business partners, and required resources
- Develop and design processes and systems supporting business needs
- Design methods for integrating functions and processes
- Conduct cost/benefit analyses
- Build support for business change throughout the business unit
- Provide process, project, and change management methodology coaching and consulting
- Lead project prioritization and scheduling activities
- Provide expertise in culture/change management, process planning, and portfolio management
- Support execution of the operating plan
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS in a related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 10 years managing mid- to large-scale change/project initiatives
- Experience with Star/HEDIS efforts strongly preferred
- Ability to drive clarity, accountability, documentation, and alignment across complex business and technical environments preferred
- Strong communication skills preferred
- Knowledge of planning models and methodology preferred
- Strategic and execution-focused project management experience strongly preferred
- Change management experience strongly preferred
- Master’s degree preferred
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance from a posting location unless an accommodation is granted
- Associates are required to work in-office 3 days per week
- Work authorization in the United States is implied by the United States work locations and workshift
