About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, including the Notes
- Further develop IFRS financial reporting
- Ensure consistent accounting policies, particularly for IFRS 16 (Leases) and IFRS 9 (Financial Instruments)
- Consolidate all Group companies in LucaNet
- Automate and improve financial processes
- Collaborate with international audit firms, regulatory authorities, and external consultants
- Represent the FINN Group in IFRS audit and accounting matters
- Advise cross-functional teams on complex IFRS accounting and reporting issues
- Contribute to various projects
- Help shape the FINN Group’s financial scalability and long-term sustainability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field, with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Auditing
- Several years of professional experience at a reputable audit firm (Big Four experience is a plus) or in Group Accounting / consolidated financial reporting at an international corporation or scale-up
- Extensive expertise in the accounting treatment of IFRS requirements
- Fluent written and spoken German and English (C1/C2 level)
- Experience communicating with external and internal stakeholders
- Practical experience implementing IFRS in a leadership or advisory role (nice to have)
- Extensive hands-on experience with LucaNet (nice to have)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (a plus)
- Experience with ABS structures (nice to have)
