Key responsibilities & impact- Manage, support and enhance DNV HR applications
- Participate in GSS IT projects related to HR processes
- Ensure stable and well-performing HR applications and services
- Execute functional and technical second-level application support for the DNV HR application environment
- Perform application analysis and configuration
- Align with vendors and communicate with users
- Ensure alignment of deliveries and services within the GSS IT Global Application Services environment
- Contribute to HCM release management through regression testing and monitoring relevant documentation and community platforms
- Provide consulting services to the HR Business on enhancements and future process and IT solutions
- Execute and manage configuration enhancements and technical changes based on new requirements
- Participate in projects related to HR applications and IT systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in data extraction, including OTBI and SQL proficiency
- Proven experience in mass data uploads using HDL/HDSL
- Experience in configuration, development and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud
- Knowledge of HR-IT solutions, including Time and Labor, Individual and Workforce Compensation, Security, Benefits and ORC
- Good understanding of end-to-end HR business processes
- Experience with integration principles focused on data exchange and payroll data integrations using HCM Extracts
- Experience with API calls using REST/JSON
- Experience with Eclipse or comparable Java IDE and Soap UI/Postman
- Experience in standard IT support processes, including ticket handling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills in English
- Willingness to learn and keep up with changes
- Reasonable international travel must be expected
- Background checks will be conducted on all final candidates
