About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive outcomes and own results on multi-million-dollar business lines
- Develop and implement product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Break strategy into rapidly shippable projects aligned with company vision
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams
- Shape product requirements, features, and end products

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, real estate, or hospitality software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate customer concerns clearly and precisely
- High degree of empathy toward customers and teammates
- Track record of owning 0→1, end-to-end product and feature development
- Intense focus on shipping products and ability to prioritize competing demands and make trade-offs
- Ability to manage projects by structuring work categories, dependencies, and priorities within a relevant tool
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and persistent
- Ability to make decisions amid uncertainty without requiring a support system to maintain momentum
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects while maintaining focus and a regular cadence of releases
- Ideal fit able to work under European or American East Coast time zones

- Total budget for this role between USD $170,000.00 and USD $207,546.90 depending on cost of living
- International contractor or employee arrangements for candidates based in the United States, European Union, or Australia
