About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage influencer outreach and selection, identifying and inviting top creators to campaigns
- Curate creator recommendations for clients and ensure brand fit
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, including negotiating terms and setting campaign details
- Oversee content approvals, product fulfillment, and payments
- Support Campaign Managers with project management
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance
- Collect platform analytics and generate campaign insights and learnings
- Stay current on social media trends and strategies
- Work across a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients within the Agency Services Team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, communications, digital marketing, or related fields
- Extremely high organizational skills and demonstrated resourcefulness
- Ability to communicate and present information effectively and concisely internally and externally
- Initiative to suggest and implement new ideas
- Strong interpersonal and priority-setting skills
- Ability to identify steps needed to accomplish assigned tasks and execute them with minimal feedback
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to new priorities
- Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok
- BA degree or higher is strongly preferred
