About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build predictive resource, financial, and timeline models to simulate strategy changes, budget shifts, and project delays
- Manage intake, evaluation, and prioritization of IT initiatives aligned with corporate goals
- Analyze resource utilization and demand to optimize allocation and identify constraints
- Track and mitigate cross-project dependencies, critical path items, and portfolio-level risks
- Monitor and report portfolio health, milestones, budget performance, and value delivery
- Establish portfolio governance processes
- Provide executive-level insights into portfolio performance
- Drive investment decisions and optimize resource allocation across technology initiatives
- Partner with technology, finance, and business stakeholders to drive portfolio optimization, strategic planning, governance, and business outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of experience in portfolio management, financial management, strategic planning, or business operations
- Experience with portfolio management software and tools
- Proven ability to analyze data and present actionable insights
- Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management principles
