About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of 5-7 distribution-center sites with full accountability for 24x7 operations coverage
- Coordinate maintenance activities across multiple shifts and optimize resource allocation
- Monitor portfolio-wide performance metrics and KPI achievement
- Manage escalations affecting 24x7 operations
- Execute contract KPIs and client-RME strategies
- Apply reliability engineering principles to maximize equipment uptime and performance
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Analyze equipment performance data and implement corrective actions
- Establish quality assurance processes and conduct Health Check audits
- Evaluate site performance and condition to maintain high RME service standards
- Build relationships with client operations leaders, JLL leaders, finance, and safety program managers
- Lead safety culture, employee engagement, mentoring, coaching, and talent development
- Manage labor, PRM, overtime, and controllable budgets
- Report regional performance, variances, trends, and operational insights
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across assigned facilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Experience with Material Handling, Industrial Automation and Robotics services
- Experience working in a 24x7 logistics environment
- Knowledge of reliability engineering principles
- Experience executing contract KPIs and client-RME strategies
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Experience analyzing equipment performance data
- Experience participating in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
- Ability to manage a portfolio of 5-7 sites with 24x7 operations coverage
- Ability to manage budgets, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, HR activities, safety programs, and KPI reporting
