About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage intercompany transactions and regional pricing
- Support the development of financial forecasts, financial close activities, and results analyses
- Support analyses of manufacturing cost variances
- Ensure compliance with local government regulations, company policies, and procedures
- Act as a business partner to areas such as Tax, Compliance, Supply Chain, and leadership teams
- Share financial and operational best practices across the region
- Identify opportunities to improve and standardize processes
- Promote collaboration and leverage best practices to provide strategic analytical support to the team and organization
- Participate in special projects as needed
- Perform other related activities as required
- Prepare and analyze foreign exchange impacts for budget updates and actual results
- Prepare and submit exposures for hedging transactions in a timely manner
- Provide in-depth analyses of hedging activities and foreign exchange impacts
- Manage foreign exchange operations related to the supply chain and associated risks
- Support financial analyses focused on cash generation and profitability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in cost accounting and inventory management
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Ability to identify issues, collect data, establish facts, and reach sound conclusions
- Ability to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements
- Experience with systems, particularly SAP, Microsoft Office, and Business Intelligence tools
- Experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar business partnering role
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of and experience in Compliance
