Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritise initiatives, and resolve issues across multiple streams
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear, sprint-ready user stories with acceptance criteria
- Create user stories and walkthrough these with business and technology teams
- Support Senior Business Analyst and Business Owners in breaking down Epics into stories and capturing acceptance criteria
- Support Project Managers in planning and implementing business and technical components of initiatives
- Support developers and testers through the sprint cycle to achieve sprint goals and deliver stakeholder value
- Support delivery through definition, design, and testing phases, ensuring traceability from requirements to test cases and quality outcomes
- Prepare stakeholder communications, deliver demos and training, and assist with business procedure documentation
- Identify process improvements and contribute to business case or lean canvas development for future initiatives
- Support strategic change and mandatory initiatives across LGT Wealth Management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years as a Business Analyst or 5+ years in Wealth Management with BA responsibilities
- Strong exposure working with Wealth Advisory/Private Banking platforms
- Avaloq experience is highly desirable
- Experience in process mapping, user story development, and Agile frameworks
- Resilient, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in JIRA and advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of wealth management products and services are highly desirable
- Knowledge of SDLC and change methodologies are a plus
- Degree qualified
