Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted advisor to Private Equity sponsors and portfolio companies
- Lead discovery workshops, assessments, roadmap planning sessions, and solution strategy discussions
- Design scalable, secure, and supportable solutions across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
- Act as architectural lead across opportunities, coordinating technical specialists and delivery teams
- Own solution architecture, scope definition, effort estimation, pricing validation, and solution integrity from discovery through delivery transition
- Develop and position project-based and managed services solutions
- Lead proposal development, statements of work, service orders, and solution documentation
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, finance, and leadership teams on account planning and growth opportunities
- Promote architectural standards, solution reuse, and lessons learned
- Support transitions into project delivery and managed services with ongoing architectural guidance
- Identify portfolio-wide challenges, risks, and opportunities and develop repeatable approaches
- Represent Long View as a technology leader in client engagements, strategic discussions, and industry events
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, enterprise architecture, or technology leadership roles
- Strong expertise across Azure, Microsoft 365, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions
- Experience leading discovery workshops, assessments, and solution development initiatives for enterprise clients
- Proficiency in designing and positioning project-based and managed services solutions
- Experience architecting Enterprise AI solutions and modern technology platforms
- Commercial acumen including estimation, pricing, proposal development, and business case creation
- Ability to engage executive, business, and technical stakeholders
- Experience in consulting, professional services, managed services, or systems integration environments
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution and operational considerations
- Ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary opportunities involving diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
