Key responsibilities & impact- Build client-ready dashboards and conduct large-scale data analysis
- Design data workflows and analytical queries supporting new product features and instances
- Apply statistical and data-mining techniques, including fraud analysis, sentiment analysis, regression, and time-series analysis
- Support team leads with problem-solving, hypothesis generation, research, and quality control
- Communicate findings clearly to teammates and product leads
- Maintain a zero-defect standard across owned and co-managed workstreams
- Understand client needs and context and help resolve complex issues with Product Specialists and Product Managers
- Provide ongoing subscription-customer support, including additional data cuts and answers about data and methodology
- Collaborate with Product Specialists, Product Managers, Technical Product Managers, and Tech Leads in a cross-functional Agile team
- Help design and build the interactive CX benchmarking platform end to end
- Partner on new features and systems to make NPS Prism faster, more robust, and easier to trust
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1 year of experience working with data in a fast-paced, complex business environment
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Solid SQL skills, including writing and structuring queries against relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL
- Experience building data visualization dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or a similar tool
- Ability to translate business questions into appropriate calculations
- Strong communication skills for turning complex data into clear insights
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or another technology-related field, or equivalent hands-on experience (preferred)
- Experience building end-to-end automated data pipelines
- Experience optimizing SQL queries for performance
- Experience with ETL and data-preparation tools such as Alteryx or KNIME
- Experience with cloud-native data services and cloud-based ingestion/transformation
- Experience with survey programming
