About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Access, analyze, and integrate data using Power BI and Databricks, transforming information into relevant business insights
- Produce analytical summaries and metrics to support decision-making by corporate and regional teams
- Develop and enhance predictive analyses, supporting the identification of business-related risks, trends, and potential scenarios
- Develop and improve dashboards and Business Intelligence solutions, expanding data availability and user autonomy

- Technically validate data deliverables and products, ensuring information consistency before release
- Structure analyses, metrics, and scenarios to support executive discussions and decisions within the Undergraduate Education division
- Translate business needs into data analyses and solutions, connecting stakeholder demands with technical possibilities
- Contribute to the specification and evolution of data products in partnership with the teams involved
- Pursue automation, standardization, and scalability in the generation and availability of information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, and building analytical solutions
- Knowledge of Power BI for developing, analyzing, and enhancing dashboards and metrics
- Knowledge of Databricks for accessing, exploring, and analyzing data
- Knowledge of Excel for analyzing, organizing, and processing information
- Knowledge of predictive analytics, scenario development, and the application of analytical models
- Ability to work with data quality, identifying inconsistencies and assessing information reliability
- Analytical ability to transform data into hypotheses, insights, and recommendations for decision-making
- Digital fluency and ease navigating different tools, databases, and data solutions
- Business acumen and ability to translate departmental needs into analyses and data products
- Clear communication skills to synthesize complex analyses and present them in a practical, actionable way to different audiences
