About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the product vision, map the product roadmap, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative embedded finance solutions.
- Execute the product strategy for cash management products, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
- Work with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to develop and launch products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog by defining and refining requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance and inform future decisions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering innovation and excellence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably with digital financial products.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, Agile development, and Lean methodologies.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to bring products to market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex data, extract meaningful insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and an understanding of the regulatory challenges faced by cash management products are highly desirable.
