About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the preparation of the company-wide planning process and regular rolling forecasts
- Contribute to defining financial and operational KPIs and analysis areas
- Support data collection and derive recommendations for action
- Analyze business performance and develop proposals for measures
- Prepare reports and decision-making materials for management, investors, and specialist departments
- Support specialist departments with commercial and financial matters
- Actively participate in projects and ensure that controlling requirements are taken into account
- Support the management of central controlling processes
- Collaborate with other business areas
- Contribute to the continuous development of controlling tools and systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Structured approach to numbers and complex issues
- Strong commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Excellent conceptual skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to understand complex issues, present them in a simplified manner, and communicate them appropriately to the target audience
- German and English language skills; English at least at B2 level
- Approximately 2–3 years of initial professional experience in controlling or related functions
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is desirable
- Team player with initiative
- Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
