About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze payer operations, technology, and strategy workstreams to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Support transformation initiatives across claims, customer operations, core platforms, and administrative functions
- Develop deliverables synthesizing business data, operational metrics, and client input into practical recommendations

- Collaborate on client engagements by building trusted relationships and responding to evolving business needs
- Review junior team members' work and provide feedback to refine analyses and deliverables

Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Preference for study in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance
- Payer modernization consulting experience in health services
- Operations strategy, process improvement, and service delivery model experience
- Experience analyzing business data and performance metrics
- Change management and stakeholder engagement experience
- AI fluency, digital tooling, and learning agility
- Ability to meet travel requirements of up to 80%
- Must not require, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as permitted by PwC policy
