About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers to ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, properly timed billing, and overall customer satisfaction
- Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers
- Research and update orders on Restoration Hardware’s “Ready to be Scheduled” (RTBS) report; work with Network Carriers to get orders scheduled
- Process Return Authorizations (RAs), RA Clarifications, Pending RAs, Not in iDirect RAs, etc. for all locations
- Manage the Open RA report monthly
- Research orders on the “Over 50” report by obtaining a POD from the Network Carrier or conducting a follow-up survey with the customer to confirm delivery; update the system so the client can be invoiced
- Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team
- Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for orders with a scheduled date
- Assist the Operations Supervisor with building return trucks
- Serve as backup for the Operations Supervisor’s phone and email
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements

- One (1) year or more years related experience required
- Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship
- Bachelor's degree preferred
