About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process cargo claims
- Provide solutions throughout the claims process
- Serve as the in-house claims expert for Trinity’s customers and carriers
- Investigate claims and get to the bottom of issues
- Operate independently on assigned claims

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years in-house claims processing experience
- Two years claims and operational logistics experience highly preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented
