Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience developing digital products, for example as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable role
- High standards for product quality and strong identification with the mission
- Willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives forward
- Ability to understand user problems before designing solutions
- Ability to explain and design complex concepts simply
- Ability to distill what matters from numerous possibilities and provide a team with direction
- Willingness to look beyond industry boundaries for effective solutions
- LLMs are an integral part of everyday work
- Interest in prompts, APIs, and automation; a developer background is not required
- Fast learner who enjoys building collaboratively
- Experience in the continuing-education market is welcome but not required
