Key responsibilities & impact- Own the strategy and long-term success of the Taktile Platform
- Define the platform vision and prioritize the roadmap
- Focus on permissions for users and AI agents, MCP extensibility, release processes and environments, enterprise connectivity, and related platform capabilities
- Build understanding of enterprise security, IT, compliance, procurement requirements, competitive landscape, and differentiation opportunities
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams
- Translate customer insights into product requirements
- Balance innovation with reliability and security
- Advocate for platform capabilities across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
- Partner with Product Marketing to bring platform capabilities to market
- Track adoption and performance using metrics and customer feedback
- Identify opportunities for iteration
- Work closely with platform, infrastructure, and security engineering teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of work experience in Product Management
- Previous experience owning platform topics such as identity and access management, permissions, environments, deployment models, connectivity, or developer platforms
- Experience in B2B SaaS or AI products
- Strong technical depth and willingness to deepen it
- Engineering or other technical background preferred
- Comfort discussing cloud infrastructure, authentication and authorization, OAuth, SSO, SCIM, and networking with engineers
- Experience building critical, high-availability systems is a strong plus
- Experience working with enterprise security, IT, and compliance stakeholders through security reviews, RFPs, or complex customer deployments
- Familiarity with AI agents and MCP required
- Familiarity with financial services desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build trust and influence decisions across functions
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of delivering customer impact through product improvements
- Aptitude for using data to inform decision-making
- Hands-on, curious, and willing to grow scope of responsibilities
