About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex consulting engagements focused on indirect spend/purchased services initiatives for healthcare provider clients
- Interpret complex analytics and communicate compelling insights that influence client decision-making and behaviors
- Translate analytical findings into executive-level presentations, strategic recommendations, and actionable implementation plans
- Facilitate discussions with C-suite and senior healthcare leaders
- Serve as Project Lead by managing scope, deliverables, timelines, priorities, and resource coordination across multiple workstreams
- Partner with clients to identify, influence, and implement operational and financial improvement opportunities
- Establish strong client relationships through proactive communication, accountability, and high-quality consulting outcomes
- Support marketing, solution and proposal development, and sales activities
- Guide and mentor consultants on data analysis, advanced analytical techniques, data interpretation, and storytelling
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant degree preferred
- 7 or more years of relevant experience required
- Experience leading indirect spend, purchased services, or operational improvement initiatives within healthcare organizations
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex projects or workstreams
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable financial and operational insights
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and facilitate discussions with senior and executive-level client leaders
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and consulting skills
- Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables
