About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream payment implementation programmes across strategic North America banking accounts
- Ensure programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Serve as senior escalation point for delivery issues
- Lead a team of approximately 20–30 project managers, technical consultants, and business analysts
- Hire, develop, and manage performance of team members
- Lead client steering committees and executive business reviews
- Identify opportunities to expand ACI’s footprint within client accounts
- Own portfolio P&L, revenue recognition, utilisation, margin, and project financials
- Review and approve Statements of Work and change orders
- Contribute to pre-sales scoping and solutioning
- Drive RAG status reporting, resource management, timesheet compliance, and portfolio dashboards
- Champion adoption of Professional Services tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Contribute to regional and global initiatives, including delivery methodology, AI tooling, knowledge management, and future service offerings
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in professional services, technology delivery, or consulting
- At least 4 years leading teams that deliver complex software implementations for banking or financial services clients
- Track record of owning Professional Services P&L and managing multi-million-dollar project portfolios
- Experience with SOW ownership, change control, and revenue accountability
- Proven ability to build and sustain executive-level client relationships
- Experience leading and developing delivery teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Payments or financial technology domain knowledge
- Ability to assess technical delivery risk
- Ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

- Prior experience with ACI products is an advantage
