About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consolidate and monitor the daily re-enrollment dashboard (J1) using information from TOTVS RM
- Segment and analyze re-enrollment blockers by financial, academic, and system-related categories
- Develop action plans for each higher education institution (HEI), defining owners, deadlines, and expected evidence
- Track the progress of action plans with the HEIs
- Provide feedback to HEIs on incomplete action plans
- Produce CAPEX rankings (J2), considering academic and financial impacts
- Monitor the execution of the three new-course tracks (J3)
- Analyze business indicators and information, identifying deviations, blockers, and opportunities
- Turn data into executive analyses and actionable recommendations
- Contribute to greater follow-up discipline and visibility into action plans and undergraduate education indicators
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with business analysis, performance indicators, and results tracking
- Analytical ability to interpret data, identify blockers, and transform information into business direction
- Proficiency in Excel for analyzing, consolidating, and organizing information
- Familiarity with dashboards and Business Intelligence tools
- Ability to structure and monitor action plans, organizing owners, deadlines, and deliverables
- Ability to work across financial, academic, and system-related information
- Strong organizational skills to monitor multiple HEIs, indicators, and workstreams simultaneously
- Clear communication skills and the ability to synthesize information for different stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Digital fluency and ease working with systems, databases, and analytical tools
